Madison Home Furniture is hiring a Bilingual Sales Associate (English/Spanish) to help serve our growing Hispanic and English-speaking customer base. You will assist customers with furniture, mattresses, flooring, financing, and follow-up messages. No experience is required; we will train the right candidate.
Responsibilities / Responsabilidades:
English:
- Greet walk-in customers and assist with product selection.
- Communicate clearly in English and Spanish.
- Explain pricing, product features, promotions, and financing options.
- Create quotes and complete sales using the POS system.
- Respond to leads via text, Facebook, and online messages.
- Maintain a clean, organized showroom with accurate tags and pricing.
- Assist with accessory resets, price updates, and basic store upkeep.
Español:
- Saludar a los clientes y ayudarles a elegir los muebles adecuados.
- Comunicarse claramente en inglés y español.
- Explicar precios, productos, promociones y opciones de financiamiento.
- Crear cotizaciones y completar órdenes en el sistema.
- Responder mensajes de texto, Facebook y otras plataformas.
- Mantener la tienda limpia, organizada y con etiquetas correctas.
- Ayudar con cambios de accesorios, precios y tareas básicas de tienda.
Requirements / Requisitos:
English:
- Fluent in English and Spanish.
- Friendly, positive attitude and strong communication skills.
- Basic computer skills; POS experience is a plus.
- Retail or customer service experience preferred but not required.
- Reliable and willing to learn furniture and flooring basics.
Español:
- Bilingüe en inglés y español.

- Full-time; must be available weekends.

- $15/hr base pay.
- Monthly commission bonuses.
