Bonanza Furniture & Mattress is seeking experienced Sales Associates to join our team at our Dalton, Georgia location. This is a commission-based sales position offering high earning potential, along with bonuses, incentives, and paid training.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers throughout the sales process, from initial greeting to final purchase
- Sell furniture and mattresses by identifying customer needs and recommending appropriate products
- Present product features, pricing, and financing options accurately
- Meet or exceed individual and store sales goals
- Maintain showroom cleanliness and visual standards
- Follow company policies, procedures, and sales guidelines
- Provide professional customer service at all times
Qualifications:
- Previous sales experience required (furniture or retail sales preferred)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
- Ability to work in a commission-based environment
- Professional appearance and conduct
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Availability to work weekends
Schedule:
- Full-time and part-time positions available
- Weekend availability required
