Bonanza Furniture & Mattress is seeking experienced Sales Associates to join our team at our Dalton, Georgia location. This is a commission-based sales position offering high earning potential, along with bonuses, incentives, and paid training.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist customers throughout the sales process, from initial greeting to final purchase

Maintain showroom cleanliness and visual standards
Follow company policies, procedures, and sales guidelines
Provide professional customer service at all times

Qualifications:

Previous sales experience required (furniture or retail sales preferred)
Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills

Ability to work in a commission-based environment

Reliable attendance and punctuality
Availability to work weekends
